Piano Adventures Technique & Artistry Book Primer Level teaches artistic and expressive playing!

The Primer Level is designed for beginning piano students ages 6-11. There are four core books per level. Together, these develop the reading, listening and physical skills for expressive playing:
LESSON: Introduces and reinforces musical concepts with engaging and pianistic music
THEORY: Applies music theory basics with written work, ear-training, eye-training, eye-Training and improvisation
TECHNIQUE & ARTISTRY: Develops hand structure, relaxation and coordination in a systematic pathway to superb piano playing
PERFORMANCE: Great repertoire that supports the concepts learned.
The Technique & Artistry Book combines two essential elements of pianism. The student develops technical skill through the application of "Technique Secrets." Then, "Artistry Magic" pieces allow these techniques to be tools for musical expression. This integration of technique and artistry, the sequence of technique secrets through the levels, and a unique emphasis on gesture that coordinates arm, wrist and fingers make this series especially powerful.
The Technique & Artistry Book is organized into units that correlate with the Primer Lesson Book.
